A recognised voice in the property market, he frequently contributes to national news outlets including the BBC, Sky News, and Bloomberg. Before his current role, Tim led Rightmove’s Lettings and Overseas businesses. His background spans investment banking and strategy consulting, complemented by an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

In his role at JLL, Adam brings together a top-tier team focused on insight, analytics, and advisory within a global network of over 500 experts. With a career spanning 20 years, he advises both public and private sectors and is a noted media commentator on real estate market trends and public policy, particularly concerning sustainable urban development. He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Urban Regeneration from UCL, and a BA in Economics from Western University, Canada. Adam is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and chairs the Investment & Finance committee at World Habitat.
