After 25+ years experience with large hotel brands Accor and IHG says he felt a ‘natural pull’ towards Build to Rent (BTR). He felt confident he could bring the high standards he had achieved in hotels to residents at Aston Place Birmingham.

His daily tasks include operational aspects like staffing, forecasting and service contracts, but his focus is on providing the best possible customer service. “Whether it’s providing a full calendar of resident events or keeping communication with residents wide open, creating a sense of community is key,” he says.
