Biography
In his role at Rightmove, Tim combines data, technology and analytics to develop unique insight and drive property decision making. A recognised voice in the property market, he frequently contributes to national news outlets including the BBC, Sky News, and Bloomberg. Before his current role, Tim led Rightmove’s Lettings and Overseas businesses. His background spans investment banking and strategy consulting, complemented by an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Katherine is the Managing Director of VervLife; a specialist BCorp Pending consultancy, operations and creative partner for the BTR and rented homes sector engaged on multi-family, single-family and co-living communities.
Working within BTR since its genesis in the UK, Katherine is an operational expert and has a keen focus on what shifting resident behaviours and lifestyles mean for the product being brought to market, how technology can be harnessed to drive operational effectiveness and the role of intelligent asset design in enhancing investor returns.

In his role at JLL, Adam brings together a top-tier team focused on insight, analytics, and advisory within a global network of over 500 experts. With a career spanning 20 years, he advises both public and private sectors and is a noted media commentator on real estate market trends and public policy, particularly concerning sustainable urban development. He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Urban Regeneration from UCL, and a BA in Economics from Western University, Canada. Adam is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and chairs the Investment & Finance committee at World Habitat.

Now heading Bidwells’ Operational Living department, Iain leverages his extensive experience from his tenure as Senior Director of BTR Consultancy at Cortland Consult, where he led projects across the UK, Ireland, and Spain. His expertise in guiding projects from site acquisition to completion ensures superior rented living experiences. At Bidwells, Iain aims to drive innovation and expand offerings in the operational living market by enhancing consultancy services from concept to operational delivery.
