HomeViews Co-founder Hannah Marsh was joined by Richard Berridge, SFR advisor and board member of the ARL, and Paul Borrmann, Managing Director of Ascend. In this webinar they explored the main differences between Multifamily Build to Rent and Single Family Rental housing (SFR), exploring the current market and what we can learn from the data so far on what makes a successful SFR community.

Richard Berridge is known to the many as a prominent voice in the industry and a key champion of the SFR sector. He recently joined the ARL as a special advisor following the merger of his SFR Association with the ARL.

Paul Borrmann recently moved from his role as Managing Director of Dandara Living, covering BTR, Co-living and PBSA, into his new position at Ascend. There he oversees the UK’s largest portfolio of SFR homes.

Starting her career at GSK and moving on to join a successful luxury skincare start-up, Hannah moved into the property industry six years ago when she co-founded the UK’s only residential review platform, HomeViews.

Hannah helped to take HomeViews – dubbed the ‘Tripadvisor for property’ – from concept to start-up platform, now with almost two million annual visitors to the site.

Hannah has quickly become an expert in the Build to Rent sector, sharing the importance of improving the customer experience by using the verified resident review data that only HomeViews can provide.
