The first-event standalone HomeViews awards, supported by BTR News, celebrated the very best Build to Rent developers, operators, developments and teams, and included categories for Coliving and Single Family.
Awards were based solely on the experiences of those who matter most: the residents. No entry forms, no judging panels and no sponsorship requirements – just verified resident reviews on HomeViews.
The event was hosted by 2003 Rugby World Cup Winner Mike Tindall MBE in conjunction with Guided.
The 2024 awards ceremony was a remarkable success, attracting 300 attendees from 70 different companies.
The event was highly praised, with 95% of attendees saying they would participate again, and 91% saying they would recommend the event to a colleague.
In response to such positive feedback from attendees, speakers and exhibitors, we will again be hosting the awards in February 2025.
