Rapid expansion has given HomeViews the UK’s most detailed dataset on the new build buying and lived experiences. The HomeViews New Build Resident Experience Report is our first-ever in-depth analysis of that data.

The result? A positive picture overall. New build owners rate their homes at 3.90 out of 5, and 79% said they would recommend their developer.

This webinar summarised the report’s most revealing insights drawn from over 12,000 verified resident reviews on HomeViews. In addition, we revealed the ‘resident choice’ best homebuilders for categories like build quality, customer service, design and value.

Zoopla’s data adds an extra layer of insight to both report and webinar, while marketing expertise will be supplied by leading agency Space & Time. Finally, real-world operational insights will be brought by the HomeViews award-winner Fairview New Homes.
