The HomeViews review target is a minimum number of verified resident reviews that you should aim to collect at a development and/or brand level within a year.

At HomeViews, we encourage continuously engaging with residents, encouraging ongoing feedback, and actively responding to reviews. 

We have created this 10% review benchmark to help you demonstrate what an “excellent” development/ brand looks like on HomeViews and get the most out of our partnership.

  • Start with familiar residents – Pick people you already have a good rapport with
  • Keep it casual – It’s a friendly ask, not a sales pitch. Think of it as asking for help, not demanding a favour
  • Have materials ready – A small card with a QR code or the HomeViews link makes it easier and gives you something to hand over, which feels more natural
  • Practice once or twice – Say it aloud to yourself or a teammate a few times to get comfortable.

HomeViews is the only independent review platform for residential developments in the UK.
