Andrew joined CBRE to lead the Residential Capital Markets team in January 2022.
Prior to joining CBRE, he was the Investment Director at Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord. In a career spanning 20 years, Andrew played a pivotal role in the growth of Grainger’s Build to Rent business which now comprises over 10,000 operational units alongside a development pipeline of c.8,000 homes.

Jackie Sadek has over 30 years’ experience in property, specializing in public-private sector partnerships, working with local authorities and investors. From 2014 to 2016 Jackie was full time Specialist Adviser to Government on urban regeneration. She still works for DLUHC, DIT and DfT on an advisory basis.
Jackie was the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of UK Regeneration (UKR) and is co-author of “Broken Homes” on the housing crisis with former Estates Gazette Editor Peter Bill, published October 2020.

With 13+ years’ experience in the real estate industry working across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects he has supported the creation of Moda Livings £2.5bn pipeline.
Oscar has worked on several high value partnerships and UK market firsts such as a technology partnership with Samsung, a mobility partnership with Uber and resident services partnerships with the likes of Selfridges.
His current focus is driving the evolution of the brand, customer journey, ESG strategy and supporting the growth of a market leading digital infrastructure for best-in-class customer service.
