New homes don’t always get the most positive press but resident ratings on HomeViews paint a different story. Looking at over 37,000 reviews from new build residents across the UK, the average Design rating is 4.22 out of 5 – second only to Location ratings.

Build to Rent (BTR) residents rate their experience significantly higher than private tenants living in BTS developments. 40% of our reviews are from residents living in BTR developments, and they give an impressive average Design rating of 4.42 out of 5.
